Delivery & Returns

These terms of order in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

No contract will exist between you and Flaming Bean for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Flaming Bean accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all pruposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Flaming Bean sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email). Flaming Bean reserves the right to refuse any order which is deemed to have not been conducted in the correct way or where any foul play may have taken place. Flaming Bean also retains the right to not complete any order it wishes to do so providing that the monies have not been taken or a full refund is given. By placing an order and giving credit card details on our secure server you the consumer is bound and contracted to complete the sale unless Flaming Bean decides otherwise.

Placing an Order
Once you've found something you like select, the weight, how many units you require and (in the case of coffee) your required grind, and then click on the `add to basket' button. This will add the selected item to your Paypal shopping basket.

Details of the Order
The quantity, quality and description of the Goods will be those set out in your order (if accepted by us). Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the Goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, your are based in the delivery area and your credit or account card is authorised for the transaction. All coffee is freshl roasted to order, and due to the seasonal nature of coffee, some options may not be available at the time of delivery. If this is the case, you will be contacted within 48 hours and a relalcement offered or your money will be refunded.

Postage and Packaging
Postage and packaging is charged on all orders unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are added at the checkout stage depending on how heavy (in weight) your order is.

We aim to dispatch all ordersas soon as possible after receipt, this will normally be within 24hrs (excluding weekends) and you should expect receipt of all items within 28 days, although the majority of items will be delivered within 2-3 days. If an item is not avaialbile we will inform you via email of the delay. Currently most items are sent by Royal Mail, although we reserve the right to select a different method of carriage at our discretion.

Secure Payments
All payments are collected and processed via Payal. We do not stroe card details and never pass on your personal details to anybody.
