Delivery & Returns
Placing an Order
Once you have found something you like, select the weight, number of units and (in the case of coffee) your required grind, and then click on the 'add to basket' button. This will add the selected item into your shopping basket.
Details of the Order
The quantity, quality and descripton of the goods will be those set out in your order (if accepted by us). Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based within the delivery area and your credit or account card is authorised for the transaction. All coffee is freshly roasted to order, but due to the seasonal nature of coffee, some options may not be available at the time of delivery. If this is the case, you will be contacted within 48 hours and a replacement offered or your money will be refunded.
Postage & Packaging
Postage and packaging is charged on all orders unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are added at the checkout stage depending on how heavy (in weight) your order is.
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible after receipt. This will normally be within 24 hours (excluding weekends), and you should expect receipt of all items within 14 days, although the majority of items will be delivered within 2-3 days. If an item is not available, we will inform you via email of the delay. Currently most items are sent by Royal Mail, although we reserve the right to select a different method of carriage at our discretion.
All payments are collected and processed via Paypal, or Square. We do not store card details, and we will never pass on your personal details to anybody.
These terms of order in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
No contract will exist between you and Flaming Bean Coffee for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Flaming Bean Coffee accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Flaming Bean sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email). Flaming Bean Coffee reserves the right to refuse any order which is deemed to have not been conducted in the correct way or where any foul play may have taken place. Flaming Bean Coffee also retains the right to not complete any order it wishes to do so providing that the monies have not been taken or a full refund is given. By placing an order and giving credit card details on our secure server you the consumer is bound and contracted to complete the sale unless Flaming Bean Coffee decides otherwise.
